VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR THREE DAYS FOLLOWED BY A TWO-DAY PROCESS OF SELECTING VENDORS.

ONCE VENDORS ARE SELECTED YOU WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO PAY YOUR VENDOR FEE WITHIN 72 HOURS.

IF A VENDOR DOESN'T PAY IN TIME THEN WE WILL CONTACT VENDORS ON OUR WAITLIST AND THEY WILL BE GIVEN 48 HOURS TO PAY AND FILL THE SPOT.

VENDOR REFUND PROCESS

VENDORS ARE ALLOWED A FULL REFUND WITHIN TWO WEEKS NOTICE BEFORE MARKET DATE.

WEEK OF MARKET VENDORS WILL RECEIVE A ROLLOVER REFUND.

48 HOURS WITHIN MARKET DATE WILL BE NO REFUND ALLOWED.

IN THE SITUATION OF A POSTPONED EVENT, VENDORS WILL BE ISSUED A 100% VENDOR FEE ROLLOVER INTO ANY FUTURE EVENTS IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT TO THE POSTPONED DATE!
THIS IS MEANT TO KEEP VENDORS ACCOUNTABLE FOR MARKETS!
VENDOR EVENT POLICY

Responsibility: All vendors are responsible for their belongings and SacTown’s Finest Market is not liable for any damaged or lost items. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, canopies, and items a vendor might need to set up.

Refund Policy: Vendors will receive a full refund up to 14 days prior to the market if they are unable to attend. If a vendor cancels after the 14 day period they are eligible for a 50% refund. Lastly, if a vendor cancels within 48 hours of the market they are no longer eligible for a refund. If a vendor is unable to attend a market, they are not able to rollover any previous vendor fee in order to cover the next available market date.

Cancellation Policy: Things happen and dealing with event cancellation is always a possibility. Though this is an unfortunate situation SacTown’s Finest Market is only able to refund vendors 50% of their vendor fee upon a cancelled event. Vendors will have 48 hours from the time of the market to request a refund. If a vendor does not request a refund prior to the 48 hour window they will no longer have the option of a refund. In this rare situation SacTown’s Finest Market will allow vendors to use their payment to rollover for only one future market of their choice if a vendor does not request a refund.

Food Vendors: Food vendors are required to bring their own trash can for customer use. They must monitor their own trash can and empty it when it becomes filled. SacTown’s Finest Market will not take nor dump any food vendor trash. Food vendors must pack up their trash after an event and dump their own trash.

Unacceptable Behavior: SacTown’s Finest Market is allowed to deny any vendor from any market, within any time. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and vendors who present this behavior should expect to NEVER be accepted into a SacTown’s Finest Market again.

Parking: SacTown’s Finest Market is not liable for any parking mishaps or car damage. Parking for the event is free but SacTown’s Finest Market is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or car damage. Parking is always at your own risk and you must read parking signs to avoid these mishaps.

VENDORS WILL BE PUT INTO TIME SLOTS BASED ON THEIR NICHE.

UNLOADING YOUR PRODUCTS SHOULD TAKE NO LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES. THIS WILL CREATE A BETTER FLOW OF TRAFFIC FOR VENDORS.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PARK YOUR CAR/TRUCK AFTER YOU UNLOAD, THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COME BACK AND SET UP YOUR BOOTH.

WE ASK YOU TO BE READY FOR THE EVENT BY 10:30 AM.

ONCE THE EVENT BEGINS WE WILL HAVE LIVE MUSIC, PHOTOGRAPHERS, VIDEOGRAPHERS, AND MEDIA GROUPS.

AFTER THE EVENT IS FINISHED WE WILL LOAD OUT SIMILAR TO HOW YOU ENTERED THE EVENT.
